Shipping
- Free shipping within Singapore on all orders above $200.
- Orders below $200 have a flat $10 delivery fee.
- Orders are delivered within 2–4 working days after payment is confirmed.
- We currently ship within Singapore only.
Payment
We accept PayNow. Simply scan the QR code shown at checkout and confirm your transfer. As PayNow confirmation is manual, we verify your payment and then update your order status — you'll receive an email confirmation along the way.
Returns & Exchanges
As bird's nest is a consumable food product, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
